Who Is Tongue & Groove Catering?

We are a local catering business offering internationally influenced cuisine - from tapas to hearty meals and everything in between. Chef Nahnie Barberio’s interest in international cooking exploded during her years living in New York City. Combined with her Korean/Filipino heritage, she creates unique and exciting cuisine from a palette of exotic flavors. Chef Nahnie is well-known for her delicious flan desserts.

Tongue & Groove uses organic, locally-grown produce when available because we believe in supporting our local farmers. We also use free-range, locally-raised poultry, pork, and pastured beef, all hormone and antibiotic free. You will find only the freshest and finest ingredients in our cooking because we care about you and our environment!

 
We can also dress up your celebration with flowers and such.....
